Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid AI Metadata Remover Pro monthly and annual subscriptions purchased through our configured payment provider. The free browser tools do not require payment.

First-payment refund window

You may request a refund of your first Pro subscription payment within 14 calendar days after that payment. Send the request from the email address used for the account to info@aimetadataremover.net and identify the plan and approximate payment date. Do not attach files or include file names, metadata values, report contents, or other local-workbench data.

We may ask for the payment-provider order or transaction reference needed to locate the charge. Approval remains subject to applicable law and confirmation that the request relates to the first payment and falls within the 14-day window.

Renewals and exceptions

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. We will nevertheless review and provide any refund required by applicable law, and we will investigate duplicate charges, an amount or product mismatch, an unauthorized charge, or another verified payment error. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.

Cancellation

You may cancel through Billing while signed in. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally keeps Pro available through the end of the current paid period. Deleting an account first requires us to confirm that future renewal has been canceled with the payment provider.

Canceling a subscription does not itself refund an earlier payment. A refund request must follow the process above.

After a refund or dispute

When a refund or payment dispute is created, Pro access is withdrawn immediately. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. The payment provider and financial institutions control the time required for the credit to appear.
